Dear Ms. Morehouse:
My name is Bennett Leda and Iım a student at Windsor Middle School. The reason why Iım writing this letter is because I donıt think there are enough activities for teenagers in Windsor. Most of the day on weekends I just sit on the couch and watch T.V. Sometimes I go to the movies, but that's just the same thing. I know you are thinking, Why don't you go to the Boys and Girls Club? There is nothing wrong with the club but there is always a long line for playing pool and there are so many little kids around so we have to be extra careful or they will cry.
One thing that I was thinking about was a place that doesn't get packed but is fun for all age groups like a Scandia. Scandia has go carts, bumper boats, batting cages, and putt-putt golf. There is a big arcade and some ticket games for small kids to play. It would please me if you thought about trying to get a company like this to come to Windsor.
One other solution to prevent us from sitting on our bottoms all day would to have a public swimming pool. A pool is a great way to cool off during the hot summer days and if you are under a lot of stress it relaxes your muscles and calms you down. I think these two ideas are pretty good and I hope one day we will have them both.
